foundation and compact alone can't give you a flawless appearance.You need a good base/primer beneath it these are my favorite primers thatI've found so far

My experience:Smashbox has won my heart with this gem of a primer.This is everything that a face  primer should be,with its sleek packaging and with how silky smooth my skin feel after applying this primer.I  really would find it hard to resist buying this one again.

Smashbox has a face primer for oily skin,colour correcting ,one with anti-aging properties,one to add luminosity and yes there even more.

How to use:All you need is a pea-sized drop on your fingertip and put it on your forehead,cheeks and nose.Rub in and allow to set and then simply carry on with your everyday makeup routin.

It's such an amazing feeling applying foundation on a silky-smooth skin,which results in giving your foundation a more natural,flawless finish.My foundation lasts up to at least 8 or 9 hours.

If you have super oily skin they also have a photo finish light version.

If you are looking for a good Dave primer,I would definitely suggest you give this one a try even though it is a bit more expensive.It's AMAZING! some people like it even more then the  benefit POREfessional.

Why I needed the POREfessional primer:Like moisturiser is designed to  hydrated your skin,benefit primer is made to give your skin a smooth surface and mask pores.

Staying power:stays on for up to 8 hours on oily skin.

Price:the aswell is a bit more then I would normally like to spend.its available in boots for €34

Packaging:it comes in a travel friendly tube.I always admire benefits packaging,it's cute and they also always have amazing names for there products.

Overall:it's simply brilliant,the POREless effect last long,it keeps my oily area matte for hour also with hiding fine line.A little goes a long way and it's well worth the money!

What I liked ?

•Big pores may need more product 

Final verdict:It really does what it said I would! I didn't use it everyday but when I do my makeup last all day no fading at all

Rimmel London lipstick

Rimmel London  

Kate moss lasting perfection matte lipstick

Personally i don't like to spend a lot of money,so this product is perfect for if your on a budget but still want good quality lipstick.

My experiance:

colour: Beautiful deep red/berry/plum,its kinda hard to explain but its the perfect balance of the three.

wear:I got a good 3+hours wear out of this product. 

I can safely say that i will be picking up some more shades of this in the near future.

Rimmel London lipstick  #128 starry-eyed

once again this lipstick is perfect for someone on a budget.

My experience:

colour: 'starry-eyed' is a lovely true berry coloured  kind of burgundy but I brown/plum tone to it.

application:this lipstick applies smoothly onto the lips and it's quite pigmented on the first layer but it's also buildable. For the kind of heavy coverage i wanted i had 3-4 layers 

formula:The formula is smooth,creamy and very comfortable,i don't feel as if it's going to move or smudge.

lasting: Rimmel claims this lipstick wear for up to 8 hours,I got 4-5 hours wear out of it,it started to fade quite  soon after application but that's expected from any lipstick,however it did leave behind a nice stain on my lips.

overall:This is a really nice on the go lipstick,it's smooth on my lips and keeps them moisturized and there is absolutely no feeling of dryness on my lips after it wear off.

both of these have been a brilliant buy,a must have in everyone's collection.

Maybelline-super stay better skin & Rimmel london loose powder

I'm constantly looking for newer better foundation because i believe that if you have the right foundation your makeup will look good no matter what.what. I've been resonantly been using and loving the maybelline- super-stay better skin foundation. I've gotten many complements on how clear and sun kissed this foundation has made me look.this foundation has SPF 20 in it witch is amazing because not only covers all your imperfections and blemishes but its also protected  from the sun.this foundation is very easy to blend and doesn't feel heavy on your skin.

WHY YOU WOULDN'T LIKE IT? This foundation has has a tint of orange to it so you might me better off getting a lighter shade then you normally would however i find by putting a powder on over it the orange tint goes straight away.

price:this has been a re-purchased item of mine for sometime now and i feel it is well worth the money.I purchased mine in boots for €13.49  

Rimmel London-match perfection silky loose powder 

I love this product,it goes perfectly over every foundation that I've used.It's lightweight,lasts a long time (depending on what i'm doing whether sitting in your room writing a dumb blog that probably nobody will read or if i'm at work this helps my foundation last for 4 to 5 hours. 

the loose powder comes with a sponge applicator,I don't really recommend it and personally i prefer to use a powder brush to apply it.

on its own:if you have oily skin you could get away with using this on it's own if you want to get rid of shine.It only gives a tiny amount of coverage(witch you would expect as it's a translucent powder).

on foundation:Depending on your skin type you might need a powder like for oily skin i would recommend you try this product but for dry skin you might not need it.I feel personally for me skin i like how my skin feels softer,looks more even and lasts longer.

Note:Its not the most practical for on the go,as it an be quite messy,but overall I would recommend it.

price:I purchased mine in boots for  €9.65

People are constantly complaining that they hate their skin or that they wish they knew a way to get better skin.I used to hate my skin so much that I never let anyone see me without makeup on. I would dread ,when someone would come to the door and I didn't have at least a bit of foundation on.I would pretend I wasn't home just in-case it was some one I knew.I don't have to do that anymore because i'm so much happier with my skin since I've started using Neutrogena visibly clear 2 in 1.

My Experience: One of the best things in life,honestly. Neutrogena has made a really smart move coming Out with this product.Since I can sometimes have oily skin use it and it has worked wonders on my skin. I've noticed that my skin has gotten clearer,softer and has more of a glow.. I've had no major breakouts since I've started using this product. After applying you'll feel the most amazing cooling feeling on your face witch is perfect for when you want to have a relaxing pamper evening which everyone loves to have every once in a while.

How to use: as a wash- Use daily,in the morning and evening,massage onto wet face,work into a foamy lather,avoiding delicate area of eyes.Rinse with water.

As a mask-Smooth a thin layer over face,and leave it for 5 minutes (personally like leave it till I feel it's fully dry).Rinse well with water, Removing traces with cotton wool. Avoid contact with eyes.

Why wouldn't you like it? Since its for more oily skin, if you have dry skin it may dry up your skin completely,although I can have a few patches of dry skin and it still works extremely well for me. Besides that I don't see any other reason as to why you wouldn't want to try this out .

Price: With this product, a little goes a long way. It's definitely worth buying. I got mine in my local Supervalue, but its also available in boots for only €4.49
